Proudly supported by the Grahame Mapp Family Foundation, Variety Queensland supports children with an existing talent across the arts, education and sport through Variety Heart Scholarships – helping them reach their full potential and follow their dreams.

What can a Scholarship cover?

Scholarships provide funding to support the next stage of development in a child’s chosen field, covering costs such as coaching, equipment, uniforms, lessons and other essential resources.

Do you know a child with talent, passion and determination across the arts, education and sport? Now is the time to talk to their family and determine if Variety can support the next stage of development in their chosen field.

Variety Heart Scholarships are open 1 July-31 August 2026.

Arts

We support emerging artists, dancers and musicians to continue developing their creative talents through dedicated mentorship, training and real world opportunities.

Education

We support dedicated young students to excel in their academic pursuits across a wide range of disciplines including science, technology, mathematics and beyond.

Sports

We support talented young athletes across a range of sports including basketball, athletics, netball, tennis and more.
