The 2026 Variety Bash Provisions Levy has been finalised. We are following the same format as last year in that final night accommodation and Challenge Coins are NOT included in the Provisions Levy. Final night accommodation can be booked via the link in the Toolbox and Challenge Coins can be added to your provisions below.

Your 2026 Variety Bash Provisions Levy includes:
- Official pre-event welcome dinner function in Innisfail on Monday 17th August.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily (excluding breakfast and lunch on day 6 in Barcaldine, as this is the lay day. A catered dinner on the lay day is included in your provisions levy).
- Bus transfers where required.
- Camping fees.
- Final Night Gala Dinner.
- Entertainment throughout the event.
- An official Bash merchandise pack.
Your provisions levy does not include final night accommodation.

Early bird rates apply to all provisions levy payments made in full before 30th May 2026:
- Early bird rate for Cars and AW's, $1328 per person.
- Full rate for Cars and AW's, $1469 per person (applies after 5pm, 30th May 2026).
- Early bird rate for AC's, $1104 per person.
- Full rate for AC's, $1227 per person (applies after 5pm, 30th May 2026).
Note: As AC's are going direct from overnight stop to overnight stop, the AC provisions levy does not include lunches.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment plans are also available – please contact the Variety office on 07 3907 9300 to discuss these options.
